my video collage

This is the link to my video collage. Kate and I decided to do the events of 9/11. Although it was easy to find pictures of the events that took place that day, the challenging part was portraying the emotions of the people. We attempted to place the photographs chronologically concluding the video with scenes from memorials. When deciding on the appropriate music to put behind pictures it took a long time to decide on music that was fitting. We wanted to avoid the traditional patriotic songs because we thought that would make our video sound cheesy and portray the wrong emotions. We ultimately decided on Prayer For the Children, a song that was sung by many choirs after the event.
