My Proposed Solution

Research involving two college campuses cannot possibly present the whole picture concerning race on campuses nor give a definite solution. What it can do is make a possible solution clearer. Colleges need to encourage minority enrollment with programs such as MITES and Med-Start. Furthermore, once the university gets the students in the school, it should have programs that accommodate to minority needs. Additionally, more minority faculty needs to be hired. Race relations offices or things of the like need to be created to make sure that everyone is aware of all diverse cultures.
