Justification

How would these things help a university in minority retainment? The answers are very simple. The programs to encourage minority enrollment aid the university in first getting the minorities in college. The minority programs and faculty aid in keeping the minorities in college once they are there. These things would help them through the college experience with much support from people who they feel understand them. The race relations office then helps other understand the ethnic groups and through knowledge, ignorance is lost. This creates a more harmonious environment.
