Our proposal paper will analyze a specific aspect of the general topic from our group projects. The format that we will follow will be:

1. Outline a problem using statistics and evidence found through research.

2. Offer your solution to the problem outlined.

3. Give justification for your solution.

4. Think of oppostion and alternate proposals.
