The opening has a nice kick--watch the fade out. You might be able to use "the band" instead of the whole name from time to time. If you can weave your own narration around the interview clips it will be stronger. So far there is a lot of bio/hsitory. Is there a sharper angle you can take? What sets them apart? The analysis that comes in after 3 minute is a good switch. Try to be as specific as possible--which emotions, what kind of character? What is the difference between the two songs? I like the part about song structure--this is a sharper angle. The organic angle is also sharp, but I'm not sure about the transition into it or its place in the overall structure. I think overall the focus gets tighter toward the end, so perhaps reworking the opening will set things up so that the overall approach can be spelled out and the flow between ideas emphasized even more and more specifics laid out.
