I'm not sure if I like this one better than your last version. I really liked Voldemort and James on either shoulder because they were blended into the piece very well, and they were on roughly the same vertical level as the other characters. I agree that Voldemort is a critical role, but it seems a bit odd to have him placed so high; it also covers up the image of Hogwarts in the background, and you can definitely tell it's been superimposed on the image rather than keeping with the flow, because it is so much darker than the rest. Maybe if you played with Voldemort's image more, you could get a more fluid look. Just a thought!
