Virgin Suicides

For my collage, I decided to create a collage of the sisters from the Virgin Suicides by Jeffrey Eugenides. I decided to choose symbols from the novel, and overlay it with a picture of the girls from the movie because the boys in the novel are haunted by the idea of these girls as they tell their story.

I like the use of red--though

I like the use of red--though wonder if it might be reduced for emphasis. I also like the element in the upper left. I wonder if it -- or some other element--might be scaled up to create a controlling shape for the canvas. At this point I feel like there is too much boxiness and that a bolder movement would open some opportunities for reorganizing things.
