E 306CA, 27195, Week Eight, October 17, 19 and 21.

On Monday, Oct 17, our class worked in groups to help each other better our criteria. These criteria dealt with the movie "The Accused". We also looked at and chose pictures to match our criteria. Some of our criteria include discussion around a controversial issue, character development, quality of acting and the necessity for the movie to create debate. Some of the criteria support the movie classified as a docu-drama whereas other criteria supported the movie as a social issue film.

On Wednesday, Oct 19, some students fixed their papers while others went into a new aspect of the writing. This new aspect included links that actually discussed "The Accused." Many chose sounds and pictures which would hopefully advance their papers. Pupils chose the appropriate media to augment their hypertextual documents. Some papers flourished while most stagnated in a pool of literary mediocrity.

Friday, October 21, Students met in Parlin 6 with more powerful computers. The students in this lab were able to actually view all the pictures and movies and listen to sound files. Basically it was a desperate attempt to meld the loose ends of the paper into an organized mass of information. Class seemed to end very quickly with little advancement for some, while Mike and Heath flowered into literary, multimedia geniuses. As for the rest of the class, they shall dredge on throughout the weekend hoping to complete this seemingly impossible task.
