Purpose

The most computer-phobic person that I know is my mother, Delores. The purpose of this tutorial is to present HTML in a form that she, and the millions of other people out there like her, will be able to understand. This tutorial starts out with the basic HTML tags, but moves quickly on to complex HTML constructs and concludes with how to more easily conduct research on the web.
