PSA/Tutorial Assignment

Create a video in which you pitch a message at viewers in the interests of helping them or of creating change. This might take the form of a PSA (with flexible possibilities) or a tutorial. Tutorials can be focused on nuts and bolts tasks but also can be more self oriented or promote a broader message. You video could also be a kind of hybrid PSA/tutorial.

To prepare for the assignment, you will complete a psa/tutorial research write up

The video will likely range from 1-3 minutes for a PSA, and perhaps a bit longer for some tutorials. Compose the video using Camtasia, keeping track of materials that you use so you can add them to a list of sources when posting the video.

Upload the video using the PSA/Tutorial Video content type by the end of the day on July 8th.

Here is the link to my PSA video:

The video attempts to inform the audience of some negative affects from huge factory hog farms.  It seems like the bigger a hog farm gets the worse it treats the animals and the more disconnected they are from the community.  Therefor, we should support the local hog farmer.
